the room was clean and functional! it was exactly what i needed after a long day. the location was great, very accessible, and near a train station and various restaurants.
There was no refrigerator in the room. the cable tv was buffering every night. The picture froze! no room service was available! anywhere to really get a meal, though.

the location near public transportation was acceptable.
The room felt a bit cramped. Reaching the coffee machine was difficult when the sofa bed was open, and it wasn't comfortable. plus, there were only three towels for four people. it really wasn't worth the high price.

The staff provided excellent service. the bathroom was modern and spacious. i found the bed to be comfortable. i also appreciated the complimentary snacks provided in the room. It was a nice touch. the location allowed easy access to the theatre district.
the gym was a bit small, it could use more equipment.

the fitness center contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the hotel also provides complimentary bicycles to use. there is a sushi restaurant adjacent to the lobby, VERY convenient!!!

Every staff member showed friendliness. they were helpful and always ready to assist. i especially remember the receptionist. I think she was dutch and she was good. one could buy a light breakfast in the adjoining cafe.
the beds did not provide great comfort. the shower offered more of a trickle than a strong flow. the water temperature was only tepid. perhaps this situation was isolated to my room.
